Rotary Numbering Machines

  • Straight or horizontal numbering machines which number across the sheet, 
  • normally supplied (standard) with 7 wheels.
  • Last 3 wheels can be either drop zero OR a drop wheel
  • Solid wheels can be specified for these last 3 positions.

  • Convex or vertical numbering machines which number around the cylinder or vertically down the sheet.
  • normally supplied (standard) with 7 wheels
  • The next most common machine has 9 wheels

  • Flat Base numbering machines are available
  • normally supplied in straight configuration to enable the printer to interchange adaptor bases from one printing circumference to another
  • Standard font or character is 3/16 " gothic (but many others are available on request

Skip numbering is common and we carry a wide range of skip wheels for all of the above machines.  These are used when 2 or more to view is required. 

Modulus numbering is used for security on various forms and can be fitted, in most cases, to standard mechanical numbering machines
